This week, I thought I would give everyone who reads this something to ponder and plan for. What’s in store for spring…not just at Smitten … but in the fashion world (yes, believe it or not there is a fashion world outside of Smitten!!)
It will soon be time to take stock of your spring wardrobe and begin thinking about what you need…
Leggings…Denim to be exact in black or blue denim. Despite the fact that many of us swore we would never wear them again…we are. Today’s legging are new and improved. They’re more substantial and way more flattering.
Tunic tops in all fabrics and colors … yes we wear these with the leggings.
The Trench coat…not worn as an outer piece …worn as a jacket and part of an outfit.
Color…pinks, yellows, robins egg and electric blue, orange and purple…and the always popular …black and white. Wear color boldly (as in a hot pink trench) or just as an accent (scarf or piece of statement jewelry)
