Thanksgiving is just around the corner…I’m trying to take a moment each day this holiday season and thank someone I love and make certain they know how grateful I am for having them in my life. This season take time out of your busy schedule to tell someone you encounter every day how much you care about them, and then, take a moment and do a random act of kindness for a stranger. If each of us did these two simple acts each day…just think how much better a place the world would be…or at least the one each of us lives in.

This week we hosted our Sneak a Peek party and had a record crowd. I was overwhelmed with the kind words and support from everyone. I’ve enjoyed settling into the new store, its history is amazing, and as I stock the racks and shelves with the beautiful new clothing I can almost sense how wonderful this store was so many years ago when it was The College Shop. I guess life does really go full circle…
